As a mother of four, my journey into herbalism was born from a deep desire to nurture my family's wellness naturally. After some amazing (and somewhat surprising) experiences with herbs, I embarked on a mission to offer alternatives to the impersonal aisles of big box drug stores, revitalize our connection to traditional knowledge and restore confidence in managing our own health and well-being. I'm fueled by the conviction that everyone deserves the tools and knowledge to take control of their health.
